About Rocky
Rocky Kaufmann, principal of Maximus Capital Advisors and Managing Director/Commercial Compliance Broker with KW Commercial First Atlanta, was born and raised in the Atlanta area. He attended The Lovett School in high school and then North Carolina State University and Kennesaw State University for secondary education.
As the principal of Maximus Capital Advisors, Rocky has personally brokered over $250,000,000 in closed transactions and serves as the principal and asset manager for Maximus Management, with currently over $50,000,000 under management. With vast experience in 1031 exchanges and syndications, Rocky serves as the operating/managing partner for a portfolio of diverse real estate assets in Metro Atlanta.
In 2002, he began his real estate career as the lead manager and leasing agent of a diversified portfolio that included office, medical office, retail, and industrial properties. In 2005 he joined KW Commercial, brokering sales and leases of a variety of property types including office, medical office, retail, and industrial. Rocky has won awards within the company for production, including Top Commercial Agent at KW Commercial Atlanta Perimeter in 2009-2013, 2015-2023. Noted as having one of the Top 5 teams in the Southeast Region multiple times through the years, including as high as #1 in 2020. Atlanta Commercial Board Phoenix Award recipient for ten years of production in the Million Dollar Club.
Rocky is currently serving on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for the Keller Williams First Atlanta office. Additionally, he has served on the National CLC (Commercial Leadership Council) for KW Commercial and is serving on the RALC (Regional Agent Leadership Council) for the Southeast Region.
Rocky has maintained a presence in the Atlanta community and the spirit of volunteerism through his work with Team Georgia Wrestling, as VP of Wrestlers in Business Atlanta and as a Wrestling Coach at The Lovett School for twenty-two years. He was honored in 2003 with the Georgia High School Association Coach of The Year award for his contributions and leadership.

About Paige
Paige Kaufmann was born and raised in Florida and graduated from The Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA. In 1998, she began a career at The Weather Channel, in Marketing and Broadcast Design. Over the course of 12 years, worked in various roles with Marketing, Product Development and New Technology. She successfully launched several products on a variety of digital platforms, with partners including DISH Network, DirecTV, and Samsung.
Throughout Metro Atlanta, she has worked as a design consultant on interior design projects both in residential and commercial, including a multi-million dollar dental facility in Buckhead, GA, which was featured in Patterson Dental Magazine.
In 2010, she joined Maximus Capital Advisors, Inc., working alongside top producers in real estate. She currently manages the day-to-day operations of Maximus Management, Inc., the property management arm of Maximus Capital Advisors. Total assets under management are over 50 Million and total square footage over 250k. Paige heads all Property Management, Marketing, Design and Technology initiatives on her team.
Paige is a licensed agent with KW Commercial First Atlanta, active in Sales and Leasing throughout Metro Atlanta, specializing in Retail and Industrial tenant and Landlord representation. In 2021, Paige served on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams Atlanta Perimeter.
Passionate about community and children, Paige has coached youth softball at Sandy Plains in Marietta GA and Morgan Falls in Sandy Springs, GA. She served as the Team Administrator of the Lovett Youth Program, serving over 70 kids and continues to volunteer at The Lovett School in support of sports and fine arts. Recently, she has served as Trip Lead for the Team Georgia Women’s Wrestling program taking two teams of young women to compete at the National level.
